For the struggling solopreneur

You Didn't Quit Your Day Job To Build A Worse One

For solo service-business owners stuck on the client-on-call hamster wheel — where every project is a custom science project, every month’s revenue is a coin flip, and the only thing that scales is the exhaustion.

We’ll rebuild how your business works — niche, offers, pricing, decision-making — so it stops running on your nervous system.

I've sacrificed everything for this

What Am I Doing Wrong

I'm Burning Out

My Business Needs Serious Help

Sound Familiar?

Feeling Trapped in Your Own Business?

You wanted freedom.

You got a 14-hour job with worse benefits.

The dream was “earn more without working more.” The reality is you’re the receptionist, the operator, the sales team, and the person doing the actual work.

You’ve tried hiring. You’ve tried systems. You’ve tried hustling harder. The wheel just spins faster.

You can’t grind your way out of this one. The circuitry is the problem.

Reality Check

Your "business" is just another job in disguise

As a sole operator, it feels like a lot of the time, the business is running you, not the other way around.

You’ve tried improving systems, you’ve tried hiring staff, you’ve tried everything. But ultimately, you can never comfortably remove yourself from the equation, and your time and attention is constantly tied to your business.

Every business is different. So, how you transition from sole operator to business owner will be different to the next person. But as someone who’s coached through people just like you, I can say there are common threads.

It’s about finding which threads are right for you, right now.

Acquiring more qualifications and more certifications for yourself.

Reliable system to screen and hire capable staff who come with those qualifications.

Feast when times are good. Famine when times are bad.

Constant, reliable, and multiple streams of income across all seasons.

Burning your sharpest hours on low-stakes decisions

Knowing what to decide, delegate, automate, or ignore.

Saying yes to anyone with a credit card.

A clear ICP and the confidence to turn down misfits.

Writing off a "bad customer" as just a bad experience.

Tuning your mind to the learning opportunities that "bad customers" provide.

What You Need

Not an online program. Direct face-to-face coaching.

This isn’t a course with modules you’ll never finish. It’s hands-on coaching built around your practice — where you are now, and where you need to be.

01

Crystal-clear niche & positioning

One specific client type. One core offering. Messaging that makes the right people say “that’s exactly what I need” — and stops you being compared to generalists.

02

Repeatable framework to delight each and every client

A structured client journey — with checklists, templates, and phase-by-phase processes. Clients buy a known outcome, not a fishing expedition.

03

Pricing That Kills Feast & Famine

Fixed-fee projects, monthly retainers, and tiered packages. Predictable revenue. The ability to turn down poorly-fit prospects without anxiety.

04

Decisions that don't drain you

Sequence, priority, and a delegation/automation
filter so your sharpest thinking goes to the things that actually move revenue.

05

Capacity to work on the business, not in it

Better value. Higher pricing. More efficient. When you remove the leaks, you increase your capacity to work on the business, not in it. Growth, without the burnout. Happiness, without additional sacrifice.

06

Quarterly Practice-Health Reviews.

Every 90 days, we pressure-test pipeline quality, time utilisation, and work-life integration — and pivot the plan based on what’s actually working.

What It Takes

The Proven 3-Step Process

Simple, but not easy. Takes time, and a lot of effort.

Then again, if you wanted to be sold a quick-and-easy fantasy, you wouldn’t be here in the first place.

Diagnose

We uncover what’s actually holding your business back. Not just the symptoms, but the structural gaps in your thinking, positioning, and execution that are keeping you stuck in the day-to-day.

Rewire

We rebuild how you operate. Clear offers, better systems, and smarter decisions — so your business stops relying on constant effort and starts working with you, not against you.

Compound

With the right foundations in place, growth becomes predictable. You scale with clarity, confidence, and control — without adding more pressure, complexity, or burnout.

“Most consulting practices aren’t businesses yet. They’re very impressive jobs with worse hours. My job is to change that.”

The Man Behind The Momentum Code. Meet Haris Khan

I’ve spent 15 years inside the machinery of how businesses actually run.

Half came from corporate — finance, supply chain, tech. Cutting costs. Lifting adoption. Diagnosing what works and what’s quietly broken. I know what makes an organisation scale, because I’ve engineered it for ones much larger than yours will ever need to be.

The other half I learned the hard way. In my own business.

A digital marketing agency with an offshore delivery team. Chasing clients. Bleeding cash. Reviewing and redoing the work I’d already paid to have done. More stress. A little less hair. Bending backwards to rescue projects while my own tank ran on empty.

I told myself I was building something. I was just surviving louder.

Then one day, my coach said the line I’d been refusing to say to myself…

More About Haris Khan

“This isn’t the path you’re meant to be on” my coach told me.

It was true. I’d chased “more” without ever asking why — or whether this version of success even fit the life I actually wanted. My health. My family. The way I spend my days.

Here’s what those years taught me: the principles that scale a half-billion-dollar operation scale a one-person practice too. The application is just different. You can’t delegate when there’s no one to delegate to. You can’t systemise chaos. You can’t outwork a broken model. You have to rewire the thinking first — then the business follows.

That’s the work I do now. It’s the only work I do.

If you’re a solo operator tired of being the only thing holding your business together — and you’re ready to stop confusing motion with momentum — you’re in the right place.

What happens when solopreneurs stop winging it

These are real practitioners who made the shift — from a personality-driven gig to a firm with systems, premium pricing, and predictable revenue.

I've always really appreciated Haris’s time and his ability to listen and offer really comforting support, and also really informative support and holding space for me, in order to explore my needs and my wants in my business. He's a very patient and kind person, and he really helps me to drill down to the finer details in my business and identifying the next steps. He sees where my my fears are and what is holding me back. And he uses his expertise to critique elements of my business, which has been really beneficial, as I navigate moving forward.
He always makes time for me and provides his advice on different elements of my business, such as program offerings and my website to name a few. His style really resonates with me as he has a high attention to detail and has a critical eye about coaching and business. And I really look forward to continuing my exploration, of my business and parts of my life with Harris in the future and highly recommend him as a coach.

Working with Harris has helped me shift my mindset in a really meaningful way, especially around self-belief, habits, and self-acceptance. I’ve noticed positive changes in my thought patterns and feel like I’m finally accepting who I am, while also starting to see my life from a more positive perspective. The one-on-one sessions have been incredibly valuable — Harris creates a safe, supportive space where you genuinely feel heard. He has a great way of asking the right questions, helping you step back and see things from a different angle. I’m now able to visualise a better version of my future self, and for the first time, it actually feels achievable.
